HUD has recently issued new final rules and guidance on these rules, significantly impacting fair housing protections. Both rules directly influence fair housing requirements for owners and management agents. In this webinar, Paul will provide an in-depth explanation of the new rule and offer guidance on how these updates should be implemented in the current fair housing environment, considering HUD’s disparate impact rulings.

During the webinar, Paul will analyze HUD’s memos and clarify their current implications. With nearly one-third of the population having a criminal record of some kind, it is essential to understand the rights of the accused and those of property owners.
